*1st visit today. What a good experience. Kathy at the front desk was efficient, helpful, and kind. Dr. Ruchelman diagnosed my problem, started antibiotic therapy, and made appropriate referral. There was no salesmanship like I’ve experienced at other offices. Dr. R. stayed in my treatment room, explained the course of treatment, and answered all of my questions.
